Today my hypothesis was wrong but right. It was wrong because I thought it would never grow inside the dark. My hypothesis was correct because I also said that it would grow inside the dark! Today BOTH of my dark wheat seeds grew; they were about 2 inches tall.

ReplyDeleteThe plants were different from my prediction because the seeds in the dark sprouted 4cm while the seeds in the light didn't sprout at all.
my hypothesis was right and wrong because I thought that the light would sprout and grow but it didn't sprout or grow at all. my other hypothesis was that the dark would spout and it did also grew a little bit
ReplyDeleteMy hypothesis was wrong. I predicted that the plants in the light would grow more than the dark but I was wrong. The dark ones grew 4cm and the light ones didn't grow at all.

My observation was that the seeds in the light didn't grow at all and the seeds in the dark started to sprout out of the ground about 3 cm.

How would the dark do so much better?! Farmers should grow wheat in dark enclosures!

The results were different from my predictions because I thought that the light wheat seeds will grow and the dark wheat seeds will not grow. It turns out the results were the exact OPPOSITE of my predictions! The light wheat seeds did not grow at all and the dark wheat seeds grew about 2 inches.

My hypothesis was wrong in a very big way because my dark seeds ended up growing 4 cm and my light seeds didn't grow at all.
ReplyDeleteThe results were shocking! I expected to see that the plants with more light would grow much bigger and faster, but it was the opposite! I learned that wheat plants tend to like only a little sunlight.
ReplyDeleteMy prediction was wrong, I thought the wheat seeds in the light would grow faster than the dark seeds.I observed that the dark wheat seeds grow faster and was about 3 cm long!
