Name as many biotic and abiotic factors as you can pictured here. How do they all work together in this environment? How are they affected by each other? Hint...read chapter 3.1.
Hello my wonderful students!!! Listen closely...are you listening??? This is your science teacher Ms. Yates. I know, I know. I just saw you a few hours ago. Remember the awesome reminders, updates, and fantasticness that I promised you?? It is here. Yep!! Right here. Remember to check it out daily. The rewards will be worth your time. Assignments that you forgot about or were absent for? Here!! Notes you may have missed?? Here too!!! Announcements?? Yep!! And, fantastic reminders of all the cool stuff we did today...All here and more!! See you tomorrow. Or Monday, if you are so awesome that you are reading this over the weekend.
Weston: The plants and trees in the back are biotic. The sand, the water, the clouds, the rocks are all abiotic
ReplyDeleteHi this is tanner so the son heat up the lake which causes evaporation since it has not rain as muched its drying and also to many dang people
ReplyDeleteanonymous: abiotic=sand, rocks clouds, air. biotic=water, trees. water because it has bacteria and stuff in it.
ReplyDeleteI'm no sure if we can infer what would be here or what we plainly see so I'm going to do a bit of both :)
ReplyDeleteBiotic: sea life, bushes, trees, shrubs, weeds (plants)
Abiotic: sunlight, heat, water current, sand, rocks, clouds, sunlight, mountain
The water provides a home to the sea life and gives nutrients to the trees and plants. The sunlight gives energy and heat to the animals on land. The sand can be a home for a crab. The plants decompose to feed bacteria and fungi in the dirt.
~Nicole
Biotic: fish, algae, seaweed, organisms in water, small crabs, bateria
ReplyDeleteAbiotic: water, sand, wind, water current
Most biotic things need abiotic things to live because fish would eat small algae in the water. They work together to make a sustainable ecosystem. Abiotic things affect the living conditions of a biotic organism and abiodic things access the place a living organism lives.

The sand, rocks and water are all abiotic. The trees, grass, and bushes in the background are biotic. They all affect each other because the water being near the trees/grass/bushes helps it grow. Also, the biotics will help other biotics(animals) with providing food and possibly shelter.

abiotic: sand, water, rocks, clouds
ReplyDeletebiotic: plants and brush
Ex. (how they interact and affect each other):
- Plants(biotic) affect air(abiotic) pollution and quality
- Water (abiotic) affects how plants and animals(biotic) survive
- Climate (abiotic) in a certain area will affect what types of animals and plants(biotic) live there, and how they survive
- A natural disaster(abiotic) might cause a species to die, or harm plants and animals(biotic)

biotic the bushes

ReplyDeleteBiotic factors in the pictures are animals, seaweed, bacteria, and trees. Abiotic factors are sunlight, heat, water, sand, rocks/little islands, and mountains in the background. They work together to provide great nature obstacles, food, and sights. They are affected by each other by making a comfortable environment for marine and non marine animals. They also make shelters for other animals.
