This plant has 1 yellow spot because some soil was stuck to the plant while it was growing. The spot where the soil was stuck, that spot didn't get any chlorophyll. That's why it's yellow.

They was a dirt clump on the spot it is yellow.... Ha ha

Their was a piece of dirt and when the plant was in the light, the dirt blocked the sunlight from turning the plant green.

I believe that the cause of that yellow spot on the plant is because there was some soil stuck to that part. So, the chlorophyll couldn't make that part turn green because it was blocked.

i think that the sunlight has been blocked by the piece of dirt on the plant. jessica
ReplyDeleteSoil got stuck on the plant and it continued growing but that part did not grow chloroplast. So that part of the plant is now yellow. Savannah:)
