I loved the experiment today. I think it was so cool! My hypothesis was wrong because the sugar just dissolved in the yeast and water.

ReplyDeleteI think SUUUUUUUUUUUGAAAAAAAAAAARRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! helped break yeast's dormancy. Now I wonder what we will do tomorrow?
My yeast was activated but it was only 50 :( but we still have one more try left:). This is one of the most awesome labs for right now.

ReplyDeleteMy hypothesis for today's work was that my hypothesis is that i think that the bag with water,yeast, and sugar will activate more than the water,yeast and flour bag. I hope my hypothesis is supported. ><
