Cupcake Core Drilling
Explain how this activity relates to geology. How similar was your prediction to the actual layers of the cupcake?
Taylor cupcake core drilling related to what we are doing in science because it shows the way how people drill in real life to see what the earth is made out of
Kaitlin This activity was similar to geology because it included core drilling and geologist core drill. I was somewhat close to guessing what the inside of the cupcake looked like i guessed all the right colors but the pattern was off

this relates to geology because in geology we have to guess whats below the surface by drilling mine was really close except for the cherry.
